Sure it can! especially if it contains antioxidants and prebiotics. It's not the same kind of diet pill, probably, but one designed the right way can still help out.

Do diet pills make a difference if you're following a keto plan? As far as I understand it, hunger isn't a problem and energy isn't after you get through the first while of being pretty sluggish. So is there any advantage to the usual pill if that's what you're doing?
