    I've found myself slouching a lot. I don't usually slouch too much. Maybe I'm tired or feeling blue sometimes, but I"m slouching at my desk a lot more. It's making my shoulders and neck hurt. I get knots easier, too. To prevent injury during your workouts and the rest of your day, pay attention to your posture. Take it from someone who knows! Ow!

    I'm slouching more than usual, too. Mostly at my computer. I'm leaning heavily on the arm rests. It's killing my shoulders and neck.
