  • How long until I see bigger muscles?

    If walk, jog, swim, do yoga and that kind of workouts, how long will it take for me to see any difference in my muscles? Will I build up biceps or butt muscles or anything or do I need to actually lift weights to do that? I don't mean like big body building, but toning and just not being withered like I have been ha ha.

    You likely won't build muscle to any great degree unless you purposely engage in weight lifting exercises designed to help you build them. That said, if you are engaging in regular toning exercises, you should start to see a difference in the shape of your arms, thighs, etc. You are still building muscle, so you should be able to see them easier as you melt away the fat and replace it with muscle. It will probably take at least a couple of months to see any real progress through.
