    Instead of focusing on one great ingredient, why don't you just see if you can try something new every week or two. That way, it's not just about nutrients but about variety. You might find some great foods you'll like to eat on a regular basis. With lots of variety in fresh ingredients, you're sure to get all those nutrients you want by default!

    Pomegranates are on sale at my grocery store. Easy to add to salads, yogurt, oatmeal...which means they might encourage you to eat those things. They're good for you but they can also help to make sure you choose a better meal overall. How about that?

    Starting fresh with new year nutrition. I wasn't as bad as I thought over the holidays, but still...gotta roll my eyes at myself. Any ingredients I should be focusing on as I clean up my nutrition this year? I'm not looking to jump on a trend, but is there anything specific I should be sure I include?
