    I made a dinner of all harvest veggies (squash, beets, potatoes, apples, etc etc) last night with a touch of olive oil. I just fried them all up in a pan until they browned. Then I entered it into my nutrition tracker. It’s the lowest cal meal I’ve had in weeks!
