Are breaks important?

I agree with 1000 kilowatts. If you were supposed to take breaks, it should be something that the manufacturer recommends. Usually products that require you to go off them for a bit, either for safety reasons or for best results, will typically tell you this on the label.

I don’t think you have to take a break from Fenfast. It doesn’t run out of effectiveness over time and you can’t get addicted, so there isn’t really any reason to stop it.

Should you break when you take Fenfast? I mean how long should you take it before you go off it and if you do go off it how long should you wait before restarting?
