Blood pressure, energy levels, not pictures
Instead of using pictures to give myself a "before and after" feel, I'm tracking things like my blood pressure and energy levels. I do this...

Add a cup of brown rice, the appropriate amount of water to cook it, plus a half cup, a dozen brussel sprouts (cleaned, cut in quarters), a quarter cup...

I probably wouldn't have something like an energy drink with it, since it has caffeine in it too. But unless the label says something, probably not....
