What OTC diet products are a total scam?

Anyone know of any bogus OTC weight loss products on the market and want to share them with everyone else so we can all avoid making the mistake of wasting our money on garbage that doesn’t work?

I’ll start. Avoid all Hoodia-based diet products. Hoodia will NOT help you lose weight.

I personally think that anything based on acai berry and that claims to be focused on weight loss is a huge scam. All you're doing is eating an antioxidant, not a diet pill

I don't like any that are made out of just hoodia. They are useless
