Carb blocker

I've heard of fat blockers, but I recently came across a weight loss product that says it can block carbs. Is that even possible? Does it work like a fat blocker?

Personally I think carb blockers and fat blockers are both ineffective. All they do is make you go to the bathroom more. That being said, I think fat blockers are more effective. I think carb blockers are supposed to prevent your body from absorbing sugar or something like that.
