What do you make with celeriac?

It's at my farmer's market and looks like something from a sci fi movie. Is it good?

I've never even heard of celeriac. This is something sold at your farmer's market? Is it like a different form of celery?

I googled it. It's not the same as celery with the green stalks, but it does come from a celery type of plant. It's a root veggie. It has some of the flavors of celery but it's different...yeah, that didn't help me either, but I thought I'd share what I learned. I think you peel it, chop it up and cook it.
