Hi, I'm wondering how much fruit is too much to eat daily. I know that it is good for you but I also know that it is high in sugar. When is it no longer nutritious and bad for your health?

Generally speaking, women (aged 19 - 50) require 7 - 8 servings of fruits and vegetables daily and men (aged 19 - 50) require 8 - 10 servings per day. So, depending on gender and age, you're looking at probably between 4 - 5 servings of fruit. To give you an idea of what that means, a medium sized apple is considered 1 fruit serving. So a medium sized fruit or a half a cup of fresh or frozen fruit is equivalent to one serving. If you're eating more than 4 - 5 servings of fruit a day you're taking in more than you require.

Eat the equivalent of three normal sized fruits a day. Like a regular sized apple and orange...not those fruits that are abnormally huge they look like they’ve been genetically enhance. For instance, eat a banana, orange and apple and you’re covered.
