Yes. Hot dogs are pretty bad. Obviously the healthier ones are a little better for you than the super bad ones you'd eat at a ballpark, for instance, but they're just something you should enjoy as a treat. A hot dog every now and again isn't going to hurt your weight loss efforts. Just don't make them a part of your regular diet.

I think the difference between a "healthier" hot dog and the worst kinds is so slight that you should just go for what you like the best. Just like Janet said, if you have one now and again and not as part of your regular diet, you'll be fine.
