I'm wondering if taking this diet pill would be more beneficial for me while I'm trying to lose weight or when I've reached my weight loss goal and want to maintain and keep the weight I've lost off. The reason is that I think it might be more useful in giving me energy to exercise and exercise is really more beneficial in keeping off what you lose than it is in the actual weight loss area, if you know what I mean. I don't know, this might sound like a crazy question, but it got me wondering.
