Does theobromine act like a stimulant too?

I've always been confused about theobromine. Is it like caffeine? Does it also provide stimulant effects? Also, is that what is found in chocolate?

Theobromine does give you a bit of a gentle boost in energy and yes, I think it's from the plant that chocolate comes from.
