How quickly will I begin to feel the effects?

Does PhenBlue start working right away? Will I start to feel less hungry after I take the first pill or will it take a couple days for it to start having an affect on hunger?

I found it really started to work on the second day I took it. It's effects were not instant (at least not for me), but this is normal with most pills. Once it started to work though, it kept working.

You can feel the energy increase on the first day. I didn't find that I started to get the appetite suppression until the second day. It's pretty consistent after that though
