Is it safe to take Phenblue on an empty stomach?

I know that you're supposed to take these pills before you eat breakfast, but wouldn't it be better to take it with food? Could it cause harm to your body when you have nothing in your system?

I think it is 4 most people because its recommended 2 take b4 a meal. U should be fine unless u have serious stomach sensitivities.

This pill's instructions say to take it on an empty stomach. Considering the ingredients that it contains, it doesn't look as though it is something that would irritate the stomach or cause that sort of problem. These ingredients are not in the same category as a pain killer or allergy pill, for example. The whole point to taking it on an empty stomach is to reduce hunger levels so that when it does come time to eat, you won't need to consume as much to feel full.
