Will I know if the appetite suppression is working?

I know this may be an odd question, but when you take Phenblue how will you know the appetite suppression is working? Do you just stop feeling hungry or do you not feel as hungry? I've never taken anything that is supposed to suppress appetite so I'm curious.

Do you feel more satisfied by meals or do you feel full for longer? I think that's how it works. It reduces cravings too

I think you should just want less when you eat. In other words, you'll feel fuller faster. Don't expect to suddenly just not feel hungry. It doesn't work like that.

That makes sense. THa'ts likely what it is. It's not that you won't feel hungry to eat anymore, but that less food will be enough to fill you up.
