Is it necessary to gradually start TrimThin by taking one a day and working up to two if I’m already someone used to taking caffeine every day?

It's still probably best. You can always try the full dose and then just scale it back if you don't like it.

I agree with Bean. It's always best to start off slow and work your way up to the full dose. This is the best way to find out how you body reacts to it and it can help you make necessary caffeine consumption adjustments if any need to be made

That’s what I did, 1000killowatts. I started with only one and then gradually worked my way up to two. I was glad I did it because I used to drink a lot of coffee. It won’t hurt you to start with one. When you feel you can add the second go for it. Hey, with any luck, you’ll be just fine taking one and you’ll never have to take two.

If you start slowly, do you still get the full benefits?
