    Is there any specific diet or exercise program that works well when taking TrimThin and will lead to faster weight loss?

    Eat a calorie conscious diet and exercise daily, like take a nice brisk walk for 45 - 60 minutes or do some strength training. Essentially, as long as you are remaining active, you watch what you eat and you burn more calories than you ingest, you'll lose weight.

      Ask your doctor what your ideal calorie range is for your age, weight, and gender. Then stick to that, while you walk briskly for a half hour 5 days per week, and on the other 2 days, do some good strength training like pilates or floor work.

        Daily exercise of at least an hour and eating a low calorie diet will help. That being said, to know what is ideal for you, Whirlybird is right, you need to talk to your doctor and find out what is healthy and safe for you.
