It doesn't matter what type of lifestyle you lead or how busy you may be, you can always make time to eat healthy and exercise.These two things should be at the top of your priority list, not just because you want to look good, but, more importantly, your health matters. The less time you spend being lazy and making excuses of why you can't exercise or eat well, the more weight you will lose.
