Can anyone help me understand why Forskolin is good in a diet pill?

I think it's main function when used in a diet pill is to provide fat burning effects and encourages healthy metabolism. Now, whether or not it actually does that is another store. Essentially, it's just another all-natural ingredient in a diet pill formula that is unproven. In other words, there really isn't enough clinical evidence to prove that it is effective for weight loss.

I've heard the same thing. I think it's supposed to help you burn fat and not muscle, something like that.
