THe spring weather is great to walk in. Whenever you have a second, go out in it and walk or jog. First thing in the morning, on your lunch break, after work, after dinner. Get out there even if it's just for five minutes, move around, breathe the air and get some daylight. Even if you don't want to do it, you'll love it once you're out there. The more you do it, the easier it is to do it again.
