    I've decided that it's a bout time for me to get fit. Anyone have a program for a not-very-fit person to gradually get fitter at home without a home gym?

    Just start gradually. Go for a walk every day - or almost every day. Make it brisk.

      walk, definitely. add some yoga, too, and just one day a week, do something strength training.

        Get a resistance band! No storage space needed - at least not more than you'd need for an envelope - and you can do so many different workouts with it!
