Probably not, unless you're trying for some pretty intense or competitive goals and your doctor or physical trainer has recommended them.

Should I wear compression gear?
I'm always seeing products like sleeves for arms or calves of legs, or even clothing like pants and socks that have compression features for athletes. Should I be wearing this stuff? Does it make workouts easier or more effective or something like that?Tags: None
