    Looking for recipes to inspire my fresh start that I'm easing into as Springtime approaches. I want something that feels rich but that is very healthy. Any ideas?

    Butternut squash soup is PERFECT for this time of year. I know we all think about fall for that, but just switch up the spices and herbs you use for a brighter taste instead of a rich and heavy one. You'll be gobsmacked.

      I am relying heavily on root veggies right now. They're so filling and they're cheaper than most other produce. cooked in a pan, boiled, broiled, even just microwaved, they're easy and versatile

        I put tons of veggies onto baking sheets with a bit of olive oil and roast them in the oven. Then, I have what I want and store the rest for a great meal already prepared for the next day and possibly the day after too. Tons of nutrients and fiber, all done for two or three days at a time
