  • Foods to Heal Injuries

    I hurt myself recently. It's not too bad, but I'm sick of feeling it. Are there foods that I can eat that will help to encourage faster healing? I'd really love any suggestions!

    I guess it depends on the kind of injury. I'd go for something like bone broth with lots of minerals and collagen in it though. If you can make it yourself, all the better!

      I guess just focus on eating a really healthy diet that is balanced with all your food groups. Doesn't probably hurt to eat things that you'd have when you're sick because those are for healing, right? Stay hydrated. I'll assume that water is one of your most important things.

        Fruit, veg, protein and good fats. Keep them balanced and stay hydrated and you'll be giving your body all it needs.

          Hope you're feeling a lot better and are healing up fast. I would say lots of good fats, proteins and vitamins and minerals. Keep your added sugars low so that you don't promote inflammation and pain.
