I've just discovered how unbelievably delicious chickpeas are when they're roasted in the oven. I love that this is a great nutritious snack. Any suggestions as to how else I can eat them other than just munching on these crispy little guys?

i find them pretty flavorless on their own, though I like the crunch and nutrition. I either sprinkle them with spices to give them flavor (taco seasoning is great!), or I just sprinkle them onto things like salads because they'll go with pretty much any combination. I think they'd soften up pretty fast in a stir fry because they'd reabsorb water. But you could put them on top after the stir fry is cooked!
