    If you want the very best results then you need to exercise every single day, but the key is not to do the same thing each day. Every other day, do some kind of cardio, do strength training a couple of times, and then do some pilates or yoga or some other kind of flexibility training on one day. It really makes a big difference. You’ll be surprised at how it works with Fenfast.

    Really? I thought that it was important to do a little bit of different exercises every day. It never really occurred to me that doing different types of exercises on different days could be good or effective. Thanks for sharing, brightstar

      Thanks for the advice brightstar. I never would have thought to change up my exercise. I always just followed he same routine everyday. That could explain why I haven't made much progress haha.
