  • How "sustained" is sustained release?

I’ve been reading up on Trimthin SR and what I like about it is the “sustained release” bit. But does it really last a long time? I need it to at least carry my from breakfast to lunch because that’s the most boring part of my day and people tend to bring in cookies an dmuffins to the office at that time. Will it get me that far? Has anyone tried it? Thanks!

    Hey there Drew!

Yup, I've been taking Timthin for almost a month now and I find that after I take it, I don't feel hungry for a good four hours or so. Hope that helps!

Me too. I get about 4 to 5 hours on average. Usually closer to 5 hours. It's enough to get you from one meal to the next.

For me TrimThin lasts for most of the day. I take it around 9 in the morning, before I start getting hungry for the first time, and that sustains me until about an hour before I eat supper. That's when I start to really get hungry, but that's not bad because by that point, I'm getting home from work and I can start to cook. So really by the time I feel really "starving" I'm already eating a meal. I know they say you need 2 pills a day, but I get by on one just fine.

Do you find that it affects your sleep when you take it twice a day, TinaDancer?

As long as you don't take pills too close to bedtime, they shouldn't impact your ability to sleep. It gives the stimulant enough time to wear off.
