I've been taking Trimthin for a bit and it's been going pretty good so far, but I've been wondering about something. Do genetics actually play a role in weight gain? I know that question really has nothing to do with Trimthin but It's just a question that's suddenly been eating at me. Anyone know?

Genetics sure do make a big difference to weight loss. It's only one of several factors that would affect you, but your overall body shape, your hormone levels, and other factors influenced by genetics all make a difference. It's not ALL about genetics, but some of it definitely is...just another thing to blame your parents for ha ha.

They make a difference but you just have to make the right changes for you.

Exactly what Whirlybird said. Genetics can play a role in weight gain but how much weight you gain or lose really is more about lifestyle than anything else.
