I was curious. When is the best time of day to take photos? Should you take them as soon as you get up in the morning, in the middle of the day or before you go to bed? Does it matter?

I would say that the best time to take them would be when you first wake up in the morning, before you eat. This is your true size. Also, wear a very thin layer of clothes. If you can stand it, take a picture wearing only your underwear, that way you have a better idea of how much weight you are losing without clothes adding extra bulk.
