  • How do I get started with healthy intermittent fasting?

    I feel like I could keep all my eating inside of a 10 hour window. Is that small enough to count as intermittent fasting and, if it is, how do I start? Do I just set alarms and eat inside that time and that's the only rule?

    I'm not sure if 10 hours is a small enough window. Doesn't it start at 8 hours?

      I've seen a few that are 12 hours fasting and 12 hours allowed for eating. So you're still in the zone as far as I can tell. I think all you need to do is make sure you stay within the same window every day and ideally focus on eating healthy foods.

        Do you plan to track your calories before and after intermittent fasting to see if you really do naturally cut back?

          I don't think Intermittent fasting works for more than a short time. Maybe try something else?
