I know that you need to decrease carbs that you eat when you want to lose weight but I also know that you shouldn’t try to cut out all carbs. So how much of your food should be carbs every day?

I think I read somewhere that if you want to lose weight you should limit your carb intake to 50 - 100 grams per day. Go ahead and eat lots of vegetables, have a couple of servings of fruit and a limited amount of starchy carbs. That said, your doctor can help you find out what's best for you.
