I'm thinking about doing this one. I like that it is straight forward. Red light for some foods, green light for some, and yellow for others. THat sounds like it makes everything really easy. Has anyone tried this?

I haven't tried it but I've tried other colour-coded diets before and I didn't find much success with them. This looks like a pretty reasonable diet and like it is worth trying, however. It doesn't look too complicated to follow and it looks like there is a wide range of food and it's always nice when you don't have to count calories. I wish you lots of luck Whirlybird!
