Combination stimulants

Is it alright when more than one stimulant is used by a diet pill? Does that make it better? worse?

I think it depends on how much and what type

It does depend on the strength. It could be just fine or it could be worse if it's too much or you have a sensitivity to the stimulants. Usually, the more stimulants there are, the higher your risk of experiencing adverse side effects.

It really depends on the the product. That said, if a product has several stimulants this can be both good and bad. It can be good because it can boost the positive effects but it can also boost the negative ones.

If they're all mild ones then it probably wouldn't hurt anything but I wouldn't go for a pill that combines caffeine with something like bitter orange, synephrine, guarana, and yerba mate, for example. That's just a bout of the shakes waiting to happen.
