Heart rate rises in hot weather?

Is anyone else seeing their heart rate rise on days when it's very hot out. For me, this is both my resting heart rate and when I work out. It's just higher overall.

That is totally normal. This article from the Cleveland Clinic explains it really well. Your heart has to work harder as a part of the process to keep your body cool when it's very hot out. This can increase the number of beats per minute.

Heart rates rise when your body has to work harder. It's working harder in extreme weather and when your exercising.
