The holiday season hasn't even started yet and I can already feel the beginnings of the depression I always get at this time of the year. How do I get myself up and moving when all I want to do is go back to bed? I'm already trying my best to eat healthy - somewhat successful, but somewhat not. But the idea of exercising is like asking me to volunteer for something I hate. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance.

Set tiny goals. Don't tell yourself you'll do a half hour workout every day. Tell yourself to do 2 minutes. If you can keep going once you're up and doing 2minutes and stretch it into 5 or 10, do that. If not, you did 2 minutes. Be proud of yourself. The hard part is getting started. Be proud of yourself when you do.
