    Probably if you get a cheese that is low enough in fat, but that isn't high in sodium you could get some benefit from it because there would be calcium in it. Also, just a glass of 1 percent or skim milk.

    I agree with Bonnie. I can't see cheese, sour cream, or milk competing with that.

  • What type of dairy offers the best nutritional benefit?

    I'm wondering which type of dairy product is the most nutritious? My guess would be plain yogurt with all of the bacteria cultures, but is there another one?
