I'm focusing on my health for weight management. A few of my friends had colds or flus after the holidays in January and it was such a fast way to lose their good habits. Once they were tired, run down and not feeling good, they took care of themselves and then didn't pick up their good habits with the same enthusiasm that they'd had when they started January. So I'm going to focus on not getting sick to help support my weight management strategy. To keep losing weight, I'm keeping my immune system as strong as I can.
