best diet to pair with fenfast?

I know you can use Fenfast 375 with pretty much any good weight loss diet, but which one is the best one for this to give the msot benefits?

It goes good with the type of thing that WW is doing. You don't change what you're doing in the program. Just makes it easier to adjust.

I'd say calorie counting or even low carb would suit it. When you take a look at its benefits, they'd support either one of those.

I think it would also work with low carb.

I think anything that restricts your calories but in a healthy way would be the best. Not really low, but in that healthy window of calories.
