Would this pill be more effective if I took it before meals or before I exercised? It has caffeine in it so that should help me get the most out of my exercise performance, right? What do you guys think I should do?

Both! I think you're supposed to take it a half hour before you eat. So here's what I've done in the past. I wake up, take the pill right away (I mean RIGHT away, it was on my night stand), then I'd throw something on and go walk for a half hour. When I got home, it was time to eat my breakfast. That's how I did it.
