I have since stopped taking bites out of things while I cook meals and that has made a difference.

    Awww, but taking those bites is the best part LOL! I just think of it as a kind of amuse bouce haha.

      LOL I feel the same way, Speedemon. That has been one of my biggest challenges in dieting is not just taking little bites of things nwo and then, especially when I'm cooking
