    Is there a way to lose weight specifically in your thighs? All of my weight seems to be coming off my middle but nowhere else

    Hmmm…I know that when you lose weight you do lose it all over, even if it doesn’t seem like it, cause you can’t really pick a part of your body where you want to get rid of fat. It just happens all over, but not right away. That said, have you tried doing exercises that target your thigh muscles?

      It would be awesome if there was a way that we could target specific fat loss in certain areas of our body, but we can’t. It’s an all or nothing sort of deal when it comes to weight loss. As Charlotte mentioned, really the only want to help your thighs is to tone them by strengthening and building the muscles. Over time, whatever weight loss program you are following will eventually start to take the fat away from your thighs. Good luck
