I found taking pictures of me for my progress was just depressing. Instead, I've started taking pictures of the healthy meals I'm making. I'm taking time to choose a good portion and plate it nicely, then I share on my insta account. I've found that doing this is helping me to put a lot more care into my meal choices and I enjoy them more. In this way, I'm tracking my great behaviors, not my outcomes, which is more motivational.

So do you just take a picture of all your meals, so you have to be motivated to make all your meals healthy or you'll have proof that you ate bad, or do you just take a pic of your good meals so you motivate yourself to make good meals so you can take pictures of it as proof?
