Weight loss pictures are only good if they're accurate and if one can be compared to the last one. If they're not well done, don't take them. You'll only frustrate yourself and you won't give yourself the help you want because you won't see accurate progress. There's nothing wrong with progress pictures, but only when done right. Ask yourself whether or not what you're doing is helping.
