Are you going to have a New Year's resolution for weight loss? I'm going to. I've decided to focus more on finding a diet that suits my actual lifestyle and focus on the long term instead of looking for fast results. When the weight comes off me this time, I want it to stay off. I don't care if it takes me all year to reach my goal.
