Has anyone tried the diet from the home and garden magazine? It looks so hearty I’m having a hard time seeing how it could bring weight loss

My mother has done that one for a couple of years now. It's not really specifically focused on weight loss. Instead it's more about avoidign packaged foods and using whole healthy foods. Over time, your weight will correct itself but it's not fast. She likes it. I think it would drive me nuts since I just don't have that kind of time.

I've never even heard of it, but it sounds like if it's focused on avoiding pre-packaged foods and is about using whole healthy foods that it could work if combined with exercise. While you might not see fast weight loss results, it may be more realistic than other plans that do result in fast weight loss effects. Guess it depends on if you want to lose weight fast or if you want to work on changing your lifestyle.
