  • What should my weight loss resolution be?

    I know just saying "I'm going to lose weight" is not a good new year's resolution, but I do want to lose weight and get healthier. What should my goal be? What should I promise myself?

    If you don't want to make a new year's resolution about weight but do want to control your weight, make a new year's resolution about your lifestyle habits. Treat yourself better with how you eat and how regularly you exercise. A little bit at a time can go a long way.

      I think the main focus in what you said is the word "healthier". Focus on making improvements where you need healthy tweaks in your life. Keep doing it and weight loss might be the outcome regardless!
