Oh No! Floresmiguel797, please tell me that this isn't what you do every day. I think it's very important for you to talk to your doctor because you could be putting your health in danger. In fact, your eating habits are probably slowing down your metabolism and you are making it harder to lose weight.
Here is what I would recommend:
1 - Eat lunch. It's very important that you eat something during the 7 hours in which you're currently starving yourself. This will stop your body from going into "starvation mode" or your metabolism will automatically slow down and you'll burn less fat than you would if you ate a decent, healthy lunch with a bit of protein and veggies.
2 - After going all that time on only a bowl of oatmeal, then exercising with a diet pill, you will burn muscle as well as fat. You're telling your body to do all the wrong things by eating/exercising this way. You might lose weight but you won't lose much fat. In fact, you should probably add some protein (a boiled egg?) to your breakfast so you don't just end up burning muscle all day long since you are starving your body and it will burn whatever it can.
3 - If you are 18 years or under, this diet pill might not be safe for you. Talk to your doctor. Don't take this message lightly. Diet pill companies want to sell products, so they don't put those limitations on unless they're serious about them!
4 - Find out what your healthy weight loss calorie range should be. It sounds like yours is way too low. Even if you do manage to lose 22 pounds - and it will be hard while using your strategy - as soon as you start eating normally again (even if you're eating in a healthy way) you'll gain the weight back, FAST. Get your calories and metabolism on track.
I HIGHLY recommend you talk to a doctor. Please don't continue in this way. You're going to end up with very bad results over time.

That's a good question 2strikes. My guess is that you definitely would. I personally find if I have caffeine without eating properly it effects me differently. In fact, I tend to feel the effects a lot more. What you're doing Floresmiguel797 is just dangerous. Even if you weren't taking diet pills, not eating anything for 7 hours straight is really not good for your body. You're starving yourself and throwing your metabolsim entirely out of whack. You'll have a hard time losing weight if you're body is all over the place like that.
