To try to keep me motivated, I’ve decided to try something new and diet friendly every week.

The one question I have is how you decide on the new thing. I would end up struggling to come up with something new at some times, and then at other times I would find myself battling to decide from five different things. I think I'd end up driving myself crazy! Is that normal or am I just publicly admitting that I'm very weird? ha ha!

I know you asked 1000kw, MadMike, but as for myself, I actually started making vegetable smoothies for the first time this week and I've got to say I really like them and I'm finding it a lot easier to get the proper vegetable servings in a day that I need.

I don't know what JokerzWild thinks but in my experience it can taste good or bad. Depends entirely on the vegetables you use. If you don't want the grass clippings feelings, avoid any stringy kind of vegetable. I also personally used juice instead of milk.
